Rail..
Rail transport is where a train runs along a set of two parallel steel rails, known as a railway or railroad. A train consists of one or more connected vehicles that run on the rails. There are different ways to travel by rail:
- regional services
- intercity routes
- high speed services
- steam trains
Trains are one of the best ways to travel around because if you choose to go down to London you don't need your passport just some money to buy a ticket and you can be on your way. The journey on a train is usually going to be half as long as in a car so that's always a benefit. Network Rail is responsible for revitalising Britain’s railways. Travelling by rail is becoming more popular with people which is good cause its also better for the environment then travelling by car is.
